- What about me? I was born in Detroit, I was raised mostly in Wayne and Inkster, MI. I am a graduate of Wayne Memorial H.S. and Eastern Michigan University. I met my wife in college we were best friends all through college and not much has changed since but maybe our little addition, our daughter Anaya. I am a poet by life experience and Army Officer by trade. I am in Iraq for my second tour I am a Commander for a communications company in a Stryker Regiment. I am here just to share life with you as I know it from Baghdad. The good, the bad, the ugly.
